Step-by-Step Guide to Reconstitution
- Select Your Desired Dose: Select the total peptide amount in your vial (e.g., 5mg, 10mg, 15mg). Choose your calculation method: Dose Per Injection, Doses Per Vial, or Help Me Decide.
- Enter Bacteriostatic Water Volume: Select how much bacteriostatic water you are adding to reconstitute the peptide (0.5mL – 5mL). Remember: More water = lower concentration.
- Review Your Injection Volume & Syringe Draw: Once all details are entered, the calculator displays the peptide concentration (mg/mL & mcg/mL), injection volume (mL), syringe draw (U100 syringe units), and total doses per vial.
- Reconstitute: Inject the chosen amount of bacteriostatic water into the peptide vial, aiming the stream at the side of the glass, not directly onto the powder. Do not shake. Gently swirl until dissolved.
- Draw Dose: Use the calculated syringe draw (in units/ml) to accurately measure your dose for injection.
- Store Properly: Store the reconstituted peptide according to its specific requirements (usually refrigerated).
